Clean Fuel Regulations Compliance Fund

ERA’s Clean Fuel Regulations Compliance Fund is a registered compliance fund under Canada’s Clean Fuel Regulations. This is a compliance option under the regulations for primary fuel suppliers who may choose to contribute up to 10% of their annual carbon intensity reduction requirements to an emissions reduction program. These funds will be managed by ERA and invested in projects that deliver outcomes aligned with the regulation.
